Infrastructure Project Manager

Role Overview: As an Infrastructure Project Manager at Version 1 with 10-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met. You will plan, execute, and deliver complex infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, cloud transformations, and network upgrades. Your role will involve managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and lead the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, data center builds, upgrades, and deployments. - Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. - Engage with business leaders, customers, and global teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates and reports. - Coordinate across cross-functional technical teams and manage third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery. - Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards. - Apply project management frameworks and standardize project documentation, reporting, and governance. - Capture lessons learned, champion efficiency, automation, and contribute to best practices for future projects. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in IT project management, focusing on infrastructure delivery. - Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. - Strong understanding of infrastructure domains such as networking, cloud, and virtualization. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Experience in a global delivery model and proficiency in Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP methodologies. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and project management tools. - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, Agile/Scrum Master, and cloud vendor certifications are highly desirable.
