Project Role Description

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

• Microsoft Windows Server Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently

  and become an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in

  Infra Tech Support

  .

• Participate actively

  in team discussions, contributing to solutions for work-related problems.

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance

  for production and development systems and software products.

• Configure services

  running on various platforms and implement technology at the operating system level.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

  at both

  L1 and L2 levels

  , ensuring timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with team members

  to ensure smooth operations and swiftly resolve any arising issues.
• Stay updated with

  the latest technologies

  and industry trends to apply best practices.

• Assist in documenting processes

  and procedures for internal knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration

  .
• Strong understanding of

  server and network areas

  .
• Experience in

  troubleshooting hardware and software issues

  efficiently.
• Knowledge of

• Familiarity with

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with virtualization technologies

  VMware

  Hyper-V

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a

  minimum of 3 years of experience

  Microsoft Windows Server Administration
