Project Role Description:

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite). This includes configuring services running on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. The role involves L1 and L2 troubleshooting and providing hardware/software support within a defined operating model and processes.

Summary:

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of production and development systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting, support, and configuration across various platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
• Configure services on various platforms and implement technology at the operating system level.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L1 and L2 issues.
• Provide hardware and software support as needed.
