Job Summary:

IT Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination:

   Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for developers.

• Project Planning:

   Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the project goals and deliverables.

• Task Management:

   Assign tasks to developers based on project requirements. Monitor task progress to ensure timely completion and escalate issues as needed.

• Progress Tracking:

   Regularly track the project’s progress, maintaining visibility on deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Client Updates:

   Keep clients informed on the status of their projects, handling any concerns or changes in project scope.

• Team Collaboration:

   Work closely with the development team to ensure all technical requirements are understood and met.

• Documentation:

   Maintain accurate documentation for project status, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Risk Management:

   Identify any potential project risks or delays and proactively address them by coordinating with relevant team members.

• Quality Assurance:

   Ensure the final product aligns with client expectations and requirements, ensuring a high standard of delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

2 to 4 years of experience

communication skills

Organizational skills

Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
