Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

• Help create project plans, timelines, and deliverables so everyone knows what’s coming next.
• Be the go-to person for communication between the team, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Keep track of progress and prepare simple reports to show where things stand.
• Set up and run meetings, making sure action items are captured and followed up.
• Organize and maintain important project documents.
• Support with budget tracking, resource planning, and coordinating vendors when needed.
• Make sure projects stay on time, on budget, and on scope.
• Provide day to day support to project managers and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or something similar (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills and you enjoy handling details.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfort with tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project, etc.).
• Someone who works well with different teams and adapts quickly.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with project management styles (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.
• Certifications like CAPM or PMP (a plus, not required).
