Core Responsibilities

Managing Team of Technical Support Engineers

Direct, administer and control day to day operations

Ensure compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures in order to provide high quality service and extraordinary customer experience

Manage staffing through appropriate hiring and attrition management

Schedule Management and Rostering

Ensure and promote development of the area management team/succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development

Requirements

Proven Work Experience as a Team Leader/Front Line Manager for a Technical Team

In-Depth Knowledge of Performance Metrics/NPS/CSAT

Organizational and Time-Management Skills
