Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist at our company, you will be a key player in configuring use cases within our "Simetrik No Code/Low Code" platform. Your expertise in operational, accounting, and financial reconciliations will be crucial in ensuring successful, high-quality implementations that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. Your primary focus will be on applying scalable configuration practices and adhering to industry best practices to drive success. Your responsibilities will include executing efficient and scalable implementation of use cases, delivering project scope within established timelines, stabilizing and optimizing implementation logic for robust performance, developing comprehensive documentation to support implemented processes, and transitioning configured use cases to the client's end users with training and guidance. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Excel at an Intermediate/Advanced level is required, and familiarity with SQL is optional. Experience with reconciliation processes is also optional but beneficial. Additionally, you should possess strong mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to research, analyze, and propose solutions for various configuration scenarios. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, along with excellent communication skills to interact effectively across internal teams and client-facing roles. Being a self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills is essential. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience working in startup environments, knowledge of database logic, and familiarity with programming languages like VB or Python. In terms of soft skills, we are looking for a proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal and transversal communication abilities.
