Implementation Lead

Role Overview: As an Implementation Lead at Smartapp, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and completion of projects. Your main duty will be to understand the client's scope of work and transform it into configurations and applications using the Smartapp platform. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and gather requirements for project setup - Understand business processes, define attributes, and map them in projects through Smartapp - Communicate with customer users and internal teams - Implement mapped business processes and demonstrate them to customers using their data - Ensure the highest quality software delivery to clients - Conduct product training and guide customers on working procedures - Ensure project delivery milestones are completed as per schedule - Create necessary implementation documents such as Scope document, Configuration document, and UAT - Assist in defining customization scope, iterating, and delivering - Provide product demos and support the sales team in securing deals - Collaborate with the development team by providing inputs for product development - Analyze project activities and provide regular feedback to clients Qualification Required: - 6+ years of proven experience as an Implementation Specialist, preferably in Construction Project Management Software, P6/MSP, or any lean Last planning tool - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or related field Additional Company Details (if applicable): Smartapp is a no code project collaboration and integrated project management platform that enables businesses to configure and deploy mobile and web-ready applications for managing and monitoring projects effectively.,
