Implementation Consultant

As a Consultant at HighRadius, you will be responsible for owning and executing consulting projects to Fortune 1000 clients. We are looking for candidates with an educational background from premier institutes like IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent. This job profile will offer you the opportunity to transition from a coding/testing background into a client-facing techno-functional role and eventually into a 100% functional consulting role. At HighRadius, there is no experience bar for career progression to senior consultant, lead, manager, or beyond; it will be based on your delivery, competency, and the organization's comfort level to assign higher responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications projects globally in an individual capacity. - Combine technical and functional aspects to implement application software with minimal or no coding. - Lead the project through various phases of the project life cycle, including Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-live, and hypercare. - Collaborate closely with functional leads, technical teams, product management, and QA to deploy an enterprise-grade solution in 3-5 months per client. - Create and maintain a log of product and operational issues, reporting on status as required. - Act as the client expert, understanding their business functions and processes, and communicating their needs to product teams. - Assist in enhancing implementation and training methodologies and the tools required for future implementations. - Willingness to work according to US/Europe time zones. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience Range: 2 to 4 years - Shift Timing: 12:30 PM - 09:30 PM - Education: BE/B.
