Key Responsibilities

• Application Development:

  Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust hybrid mobile applications for iOS and Android using the

  Ionic framework

  and

  Angular

  . This includes using web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

• Architectural Leadership:

  Take a leadership role in defining the application architecture and technical roadmap. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

• Performance Optimization:

  Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues. Optimize application performance for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to define, design, and implement new features and services.

• API Integration:

  Expertly integrate mobile applications with complex RESTful APIs and other back-end services to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

• Code Quality & Standards:

  Enforce and maintain high coding standards through rigorous code reviews and by mentoring junior developers. Ensure all code is clean, well-documented, and adheres to best practices.

• Native Feature Integration:

  Utilize and manage Apache Cordova plugins to access and troubleshoot native device features such as the camera, GPS, and push notifications.

• Deployment & Lifecycle Management:

  Oversee the entire application lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  5-10 years of professional experience

  in mobile application development.

• Mandatory Skills:

  Extensive, hands-on experience with the

  Ionic framework

  and

  Angular

  is a must.

• Web Technologies:

  Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Frameworks:

  Deep knowledge of

  Angular

  architecture, components, services, and modules.

• API Expertise:

  Experience with integrating and consuming RESTful APIs, and a solid understanding of data formats like JSON.

• Tooling:

  Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Webpack), version control systems (e.g., Git), and testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma).

• Problem-Solving:

  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Communication:

  Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other mobile development frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• Familiarity with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin) development.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for mobile application design.
