Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Plan and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee development progress.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and supporting conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, culture, and retention.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and provide administrative support in goal setting and evaluation.
  • Track and maintain performance records for decision-making and career development.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to assist in HR-related coordination and client communication processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align HR practices with business goals.
  • Support in HR reporting, audits, and strategic planning initiatives.

    Requirements
    • Bacheloror Masterdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently under pressure.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
