D&V Business Consulting (DVBC) is a leading consultancy firm serving the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector in India. Founded in 2017, DVBC addresses the unique needs of MSMEs by offering strategic solutions in HR, accounts, lead generation, sales, marketing, and digital transformation. The MSME sector is crucial to the Indian economy, contributing significantly to GDP and employment. DVBC assists entrepreneurs in optimizing resources, focusing on strategic vision, managing working capital, implementing best practices, and attracting and retaining top talent.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment, development, and retention of talent, designing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also work closely with management to develop strategies that support business objectives.

Qualifications

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Compliance with labor laws and regulations
Employee development, training, and retention skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the consultancy or MSME sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Responsible for end to end HR Operations and administration of the office
