Job Description

proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Management

Coordinate and manage company events and activities.
Oversee onboarding formalities and deliver induction programs.
Handle accounting/payroll-related functions (invoicing, billing) in collaboration with our Third Party Administrator.

2. HR Operations

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Manage employee documentation offers, contracts, amendments, and exit formalities.

3. Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

4. Performance Management

Coordinate appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
Track KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

5. Compliance & Policies

Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws and company standards.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of HR experience (Generalist or Operations).
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to foster company culture and drive engagement.
Experience drafting and implementing HR policies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS experience is a plus.

Preferred Attributes

Minimum 4 years in an HR leadership role.
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
