Job Description

proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Management

  • Coordinate and manage company events and activities.
  • Oversee onboarding formalities and deliver induction programs.
  • Handle accounting/payroll-related functions (invoicing, billing) in collaboration with our Third Party Administrator.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Manage employee documentation offers, contracts, amendments, and exit formalities.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

4. Performance Management

  • Coordinate appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws and company standards.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience (Generalist or Operations).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to foster company culture and drive engagement.
  • Experience drafting and implementing HR policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS experience is a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Minimum 4 years in an HR leadership role.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
