Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Industrial Relations

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with labor authorities and maintain IR practices.

Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance review cycles and feedback systems.
  • Support managers in setting goals and driving employee performance.

HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and HRIS management.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership review.
