As a HubSpot Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in building scalable marketing automation systems and optimizing CRM workflows. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing custom HubSpot modules, templates, and workflows, implementing and maintaining HubSpot CMS, CRM, and marketing integrations, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline automation and lead management, ensuring data consistency, reporting accuracy, and CRM hygiene, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom HubSpot modules, templates, and workflows. - Implement and maintain HubSpot CMS, CRM, and marketing integrations. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline automation and lead management. - Ensure data consistency, reporting accuracy, and CRM hygiene. - Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance system performance. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot development. - HubSpot certification (Developer or similar) is mandatory. - Strong understanding of HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and integrations. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL. - Experience with CRM automation, data workflows, and performance reporting.
