  • End-to-end Recruitment

    Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers for timely closures.
  • Onboarding & Induction

    Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
  • Attendance & HRMS Management

    Monitor attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate data in the HRMS.
  • Payroll, FNF & Statutory Compliance

    Oversee salary processing, full & final settlements, and ensure legal compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

    Plan engagement activities and handle employee concerns professionally.
  • Performance Appraisal & Policy Making

    Drive appraisal cycles and contribute to developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Team Handling & Exit Management

    Supervise HR team activities and manage employee offboarding and exit interviews.
