Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client communications and relationship management
  • Coordinate with internal team to fulfill client requirements
  • Track ongoing requirement, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services/products
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain updated records of client data, contracts, and communication logs
  • Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and performance updates
  • Foster long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored support
  • Help in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
  • Collaborate in client feedback collection and continuous improvement initiatives
