Position Overview

Project In-Charge

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to evaluate readiness for home automation and lighting installations.
  
• Make regular site visits and advise clients, site electricians, and supervisors on standards for implementing home automation solutions.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for client sites, ensuring seamless installation of Keus products.
  
• Review load evaluation details of sites and propose suitable solutions.
  
• Manage escalations by identifying issues and facilitating prompt resolutions.
  
• Efficiently address and resolve complaints related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products.
  
• Lead and manage a team of executives to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
  
• 3 to 6 years of experience in home automation, lighting, or related product installations.
  
• Proficiency in house wiring, load calculations, and AutoCAD.
  
• Solid knowledge of power supplies (single/multi-phase), inverters, generators, and related systems.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
