Job Description

Designation: Java Technical Lead

Experience: 9+ Years

Location: Chennai - WFO

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications.
Guide and mentor a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with business goals.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.

Technical Skills:-

9+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
Experience with front-end technologies like Angular or React is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficient in database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
