Python Automation Testing Professionals

Job Summary : -

- 4 to 6 years of python-based automation testing experience

- Strong Experience in Data Validation using Python, API Automation lib requests

- Good knowledge in object-oriented programming approach

- Basic knowledge in Jenkins CI/CD tool or GitHub Actions

- Good Knowledge in SQL and ability to frame advanced SQL queries

- Exposure in Data Science lib Pandas including data analysis and validation

- ETL knowledge is an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test plans to ensure that systems and software operate effectively and meet our quality standards.

- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and identify potential risks.

- Utilize Leap work to automate tests, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the testing process.

- Manage the defect lifecycle within Jira, from identification through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

- Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the QA process, adopting the latest tools and technologies.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables, maintaining a high level of performance under pressure.

- Participate in design and review sessions, offering insights from a quality assurance perspective.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in quality engineering.

Qualifications

- Must have a strong foundation in Automation with hands-on experience in automating and managing test cases.

- Proven track record in a Research and Development environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the field of quality engineering.

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
