Job Description

US Payroll Process: Weekly, Bi-weekly or monthly payroll for US Employees as per US norms.
Preparing Payroll CSV file for processing payroll.
Managing payroll deductions, benefits, and basic knowledge of tax withholdings according to federal and state regulations.
Managing off-cycle processes including adjustments, bonuses, and other ad-hoc payments i.e., expenses and bonuses.
Regular validation to verify the accuracy of payroll data and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintaining regular communication in order to establish productive and engaged relationships between consultants, Billings team and other concerned teams.
Knowledge on various client portals like Beeline, Fieldglass, Simplify, IQN, Wand.

Tech Skills/Tools Required:

MS Excel (MS-Office) Hand on usage of formulas (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE,IF, Pivot, etc.)
ADP

Additional Information-

Experience- 6 Months to 3 Years(Relevant in US Payroll)

Shift Timings- 6:30PM IST to 3:30AM IST(Night Shift)

Working Days- Monday to Friday

Job Location- C-101, Sector 63,Noida

*Both Sides Cab facility is available*
