Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HCC Coder based in Ahmedabad. The HCC Coder will be responsible for accurately coding patient health information, referencing medical documentation, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Daily tasks include coding reviews, data entry, and collaborating with healthcare providers to update and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Proven Coding Experience and expertise in Medical Coding
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Health Information Management
• Certification such as RHIT or similar credentials
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with healthcare providers
• Experience in HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
