Support school ERP and online learning platforms; assist staff with technical queries. Ensure data backups, antivirus updates, and basic cyber security compliance. Assist during exams, events, and digital activities to ensure technical readiness. Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 3 years of IT support experience in schools / colleges (mandatory). Location: Must be currently residing in Bangalore . Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (routers, switches), and IT hardware troubleshooting. Good communication skills to handle staff and external vendors. Organized, with a proactive attitude toward resolving technical issues.
