Job Description

Role Overview: You will lead the end-to-end hardware product development, including power electronics design, system architecture, and deployment. Your role will involve driving innovation in energy systems aligned with the mission of rural electrification. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the hardware lifecycle from concept to deployment - Design and validate SMPS and power converters (AC-DC, DC-DC) - Develop control hardware for high-power battery chargers - Ensure compliance with global standards (UL, IEC, IEEE) - Conduct DFMEA, FMECA, and reliability analysis - Manage documentation, testing, and cross-team collaboration Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics - Minimum of 6 years in power electronics hardware design - Proficiency in Altium/OrCAD, PSpice, Embedded C/C++ - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills,
