As a Technical Support representative, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users by addressing hardware and software issues. You will escalate complex problems as needed to ensure timely resolution. It is essential for the candidate to possess knowledge in Outlook configuration and O365 installation. In the realm of Hardware Maintenance, your role will involve assisting in the installation, assembly, and disassembly of computer components. Additionally, you will troubleshoot hardware malfunctions in desktops, laptops, and peripherals to maintain optimal system functionality. Your responsibilities will extend to Network Support, where you will play a pivotal role in helping with the installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of network infrastructure. This includes routers, switches, and cabling to ensure seamless connectivity within the organization. Participating in Software Installation & Updates will be a crucial aspect of your duties. You will be involved in installing and updating software on workstations, providing you with exposure to operating system installations and enhancing your technical skill set. Another key aspect of this role is Documentation. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining records of hardware and network configurations, documenting troubleshooting steps, and recording resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
