Guest Relation Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as a Guest Relation Executive at The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa in Pushkar. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring high levels of hospitality and satisfaction. Your role will also involve coordinating with different teams, providing concierge services, and promoting resort amenities to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist guests during their stay at the resort - Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries effectively - Ensure high levels of hospitality and guest satisfaction - Address guest feedback and strive to provide an exceptional experience - Coordinate with various teams within the resort - Assist with concierge services to meet guest needs - Promote resort amenities and services to enhance the customer experience Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Guest Relations and exceptional Customer Service abilities - Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal and professional engagement - Experience in Sales to promote resort amenities and up-selling services - Capable of performing Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, reservations, and guest requests - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury service sector is a strong advantage - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus - Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is preferred,
