Job Summary:

Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  
• Own key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rate, churn, activation rate) and build dashboards to track performance.
  
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through customer insights, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
  
• Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to improve user onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
  
• Lead growth experiments across channels (SEO, paid media, content, email, referrals, partnerships, etc.).
  
• Optimize the full customer journey using data and behavioral insights.
  
• Manage and allocate growth budgets effectively to ensure positive ROI.
  
• Present growth reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  
• Keep up with growth trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead in the industry.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a tech startup, SaaS, e-commerce, or B2C/B2B digital product company.
  
• Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools is a strong plus.
  
• Experience with no-code tools and growth hacking platforms.
  
• Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and user behavior analysis.
