As a Group Leader/Senior Manager in Digital Transformation located in Malad, Mumbai, you will be required to have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Digital Transformation and be a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified professional. Your role will involve a deep understanding of Business Process Outsourcing services and associated channels. You will be responsible for leading complex improvement and transformation projects across various accounts and domains. Your responsibilities will include assessing clients" strategies, processes, and maturity levels from a business, operations, and technology perspective. You must be able to provide compelling recommendations for change based on your assessments. You should be skilled in translating Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies into practical action steps. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, statistical analysis systems like Minitab, and strong analytical skills using tools like Excel are essential for this role. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously are required. You will be expected to lead or support improvement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and business profitability. Mentoring a group of Black Belts and Transformation resources, identifying high-impact strategic projects, and driving effective Change Management processes will be part of your responsibilities. Your problem-solving approach should be logical and systems-oriented, with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions. Expertise in conducting automation process discoveries is advantageous for this role. You will be tasked with identifying process gaps, automation opportunities, and managing improvement efforts across multiple locations. Maintaining consistency in effort and implementation, interfacing with leadership and clients to identify value opportunities, and ensuring zero surprise operations through effective Change Management will be crucial aspects of your role. Your key skills should include Black Belt certification, expertise in Digital Transformations, and proficiency in Process Excellence. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce is required for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry located in Malad, Mumbai. For this position, you will need to have excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills. A data-centric, quantitative, and analytical mindset, along with a change-oriented attitude, will be essential for success in this role.
