Job Description

As a member of Arcadis, you will be contributing to the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in Arcadis" Global Excellence Centre (GEC), which is a centralized project delivery group comprising over 3,000 talented individuals across India, Romania, and the Philippines. As part of the Advanced Process Manufacturing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative process engineering solutions in industries like Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor, and Process. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze process data to support design and Mass & Energy balance calculations. - Prepare and update process documentation, including SOPs, specifications, and regulatory-compliant diagrams. - Provide process input to instrumentation teams, contribute to project schedules, and support milestone tracking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in project reviews, and ensure adherence to industry standards, cGMP, SHE, and sustainability guidelines. - Deliver assigned tasks within agreed budgets and timelines while supporting continuous improvement in process design and project execution. Qualifications Required: Mandatory: - Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. - Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles. - Proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Nice to have: - Professional certification in process engineering or related areas. - Knowledge of process automation and control systems. - Basic knowledge of process simulation software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools. - Basic understanding of quality management systems.
