Job Description

Role Summary:

The Global Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency of financial and HR systems across global business units. Working under the guidance of the Global Systems Manager, this role focuses on analyzing system performance, ensuring data integrity, supporting integrations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system use and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or combination of education and experience.
  • 4 6 years of experience in a systems analyst, business analyst, technical project manager, or similar hybrid role.
  • Must have experience working with Oracle Cloud Systems.
  • Project management certification a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
  • Experience working in global or multi-region environments is highly preferred.

System Analysis & Optimization:

  • Analyze existing financial ERP and HRIS systems to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish workflows and APIs in complex systems.
  • Assist in testing and implementing system upgrades and new features.
  • Monitor system functionality and report on KPIs and operational metrics.

Integration & Technical Support:

  • Support system integrations across departments and regions.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, working closely with internal users and external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation.
  • Compliance & Data Integrity:
  • Help maintain compliance with data security policies and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Training & Documentation:

  • Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide user support and training for new processes and tools.

Essential Skills:

Analytical Proficiency:

  • Strong ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and solve system-related issues.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, BI platforms, and data management systems.
  • Proficient in designing APIs and integrating workflows within complex systems.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners across multiple time zones.
  • Clear communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven:

  • Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a structured environment with shifting priorities.

Project & Change Management

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with change management and user adoption best practices for new systems or features.
  • Experience supporting or driving business transformation initiatives through technology.
