Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
company registration, profile updates, and product/service listings
on the GeM portal.
Monitor
active tenders, bids, and opportunities
on GeM and other relevant government platforms.
Handle
pre-bid documentation
, including eligibility verification, preparation of technical and financial bids, and submission on time.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, technical, operations) to collect and validate required documents.
Ensure
timely bid submissions
and maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Assist in
post-bid activities
, such as order processing, documentation, invoice generation, and follow-up for payments.
Maintain
records of tenders, quotations, and contracts
systematically.
Keep track of
GeM policies, circulars, and updates
to ensure company compliance.
Support in
vendor registration and renewal
on other e-procurement portals if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
13 years of experience
in GeM portal management, tendering, or bid documentation (preferred).
Strong understanding of
government procurement procedures and documentation requirements
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools)
and online tender portals.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and follow-up
skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in handling
defense / public sector / PSU tenders
.
Knowledge of
GST, PAN, and MSME registration processes
.
Familiarity with
post-award contract management
and documentation.
