Functional Consultant

As a Functional Consultant- Customer Success & Operations at Zycus, you will be an integral part of our Customer Success team, dedicated to driving customer adoption, satisfaction, support, and retention. Your expertise in procurement software solutions will be invaluable as you collaborate with customers to understand their unique business needs, provide product demonstrations, offer best practice recommendations, and ensure successful implementation and utilization of our platform. Your responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact for customers, offering personalized support and guidance throughout their journey with Zycus products. You will work on various aspects of maintenance for implemented customers, such as business process mapping, requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, user/supplier set-up, and testing support. Additionally, you will demonstrate the features and capabilities of our software solutions, conduct discovery sessions with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate testing activities, and provide customized training sessions and workshops. To excel in this role, you should have a B.E Graduate/Masters in Supply Chain or Operations, proven experience in a customer-facing role, a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Your flexible and enthusiastic approach to work, along with your analytical mindset and ability to leverage data insights, will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving product adoption.
