Job Description

Job Title: Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Project Operations

Location:

Position Overview:

Senior Consultant – Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Project Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Work as a
functional consultant
on Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare documentation such as
FRD, BRD
.
Support
end-to-end implementations
including configuration, testing, and UAT.
Conduct
data migration, integration, and validation
across CE and F&O modules.
Provide
training, documentation, and user support
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments (sprint planning, backlog management).
Test new features, identify bugs, and ensure timely resolutions.
Work on
Procurement module and integrations
with in-house project management and ticketing tools.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong experience in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Project Operations
.
Proficiency in
business analysis, requirement gathering, and functional documentation
.
Hands-on knowledge of
data migration, cleansing, and validation
.
Familiarity with
Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
.
Exposure to
Procurement and Finance & Operations modules
.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in
Agile environments
with sprint planning and collaboration.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT (or related field).
Certifications:

MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
