Description

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant for Change Management (CM) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CM and will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that effectively manage change within organizations.

Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and provide solutions based on best practices in CM (Change Management).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Design and configure CM solutions that align with client needs.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
Provide support during the implementation phase and post-go-live.
Ensure successful change management processes are established and followed.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in Change Management or related field.
Proficiency in CM tools and software.
