Fullstack Developer

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who has hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and automation workflows. The ideal candidate should be proficient in frontend (ReactJS), backend (Node.js / Sails.js), database (MongoDB), and have good exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actionflow. Prior experience working with chatbots and n8n automation tool will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. • Build user interfaces using ReactJS with Redux Saga, MUI v5, Bootstrap, or TailwindCSS. • Develop and manage backend services using Node.js and Sails.js frameworks. • Work with MongoDB for efficient data modeling, storage, and retrieval. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actionflow for automated deployment. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products. • Create and manage automation workflows using n8n automation tool. • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in ReactJS with Redux Saga for state management. • Hands-on experience in frontend design with MUI v5, Bootstrap, or TailwindCSS. • Solid backend development knowledge using Node.js and Sails.js. • Proficiency in MongoDB (schema design, queries, performance optimization). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actionflow for automation. • Exposure to chatbot development and integrations. • Practical experience with n8n automation tool to create automation workflows. • Good understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time communication. • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Nice to Have: • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerization. • Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
