Fullstack Developer

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer with 5-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing applications, selecting appropriate technical options, optimizing application development and maintenance, and enhancing performance. Your role involves interpreting application design, coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product development stages. You will be required to select technical options for development, optimize efficiency, cost, and quality, and influence customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop in accordance with specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives; integrate and commission the overall solution - Select appropriate technical options for development, optimize efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction - Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback to team members" FAST goals - Adhere to engineering process and standards (coding standards) - Adhere to project schedule/timelines - Identify technical issues during project execution - Address defects in the code and post-delivery - Ensure compliance with non-compliance issues - Complete mandatory compliance trainings on time - Code as per design, follow coding standards, and review code for team and peers - Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design/process/development - Create/review deliverable documents such as design documentation, requirements, and test cases/results - Define and govern configuration management plan, ensure team compliance - Review and create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution, and provide clarifications to the testing team - Advise Software Developers on design and development, learn more about customer domain, and complete relevant domain certifications - Manage delivery of modules/user stories, perform defect RCA and mitigation, estimate effort for projects, and manage knowledge sharing - Execute and monitor release process, contribute to design/architecture, clarify requirements, present design options to customers, and conduct product demos - Set FAST goals, understand team members" aspirations, and ensure team engagement - Take relevant domain/technology certifications Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of robust hands-on experience in full stack development using Core Java and Angular or Vue.js - Proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Java/J2EE technologies - Solid understanding of web service technologies and RESTful standards (HTTP, URI, JSON, XML) - Practical experience with at least one relational or NoSQL database and ORM frameworks - Hands-on expertise in JUnit and Cypress for testing - Experience working with Apache Tomcat application server - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication skills About the Company: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider, partnering with clients from design to operation for over 20 years.
