Salary Package: First 6 months: ₹8,000 per month 7th to 12th month: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month 13th to 30th month: ₹22,000 to ₹26,000 per month 30th month and beyond: ₹40,000 and above per month Bond Period Minimum of three years commitment.We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic PHP or Python Developer with a strong background in web development technologies to join our team. As a PHP or Python Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining web applications, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, functionality, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Web Development: Develop and maintain web applications using PHP or Python, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and MySQL, following best practices and coding standards. Front-end Development: Design and implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript. Back-end Development: Build robust and scalable server-side components using PHP or Python and MySQL for database operations. Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and ensure data integrity. API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services into web applications to enhance functionality. Code Review: Collaborate with the development team to review code, provide feedback, and maintain code quality. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in web applications. Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase changes. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and project-related information. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA testers, to ensure successful project delivery. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a PHP or Python Developer with expertise in web development technologies. Proficiency in PHP or Python, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and MySQL. Strong understanding of web development concepts, including front-end and back-end development. Experience with RESTful API integration. Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to meet project deadlines.
