About the role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can comfortably work across frontend and backend, taking features from concept to deployment. You will be working closely with senior engineers and AI team to build scalable systems.

This role demands strong problem-solving skills, a product-first mindset and the ability to take ownership of your work end-to-end. You won’t just “pick up tickets”- you’ll help shape architecture, suggest improvements and ensure what you ship works flawlessly in production.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll be contributing to real products and gain hands-on experience from Day 1. If you’re looking for a predictable 9-to-5 job, this may not be the right fit.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, Express, etc.).
• Build and integrate backend APIs and services.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
• Good understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Contribute to product discussions and solution brainstorming.
• Optimize and enhance existing solutions for performance and scalability.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, proactively solving development challenges.

Must have skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with solid understanding of React.js and Node.js.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
