As a highly skilled Full Stack Developer joining the dynamic engineering team, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using technologies such as React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions meeting business and user needs. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks. - Build robust backend services with Java, Spring Boot, Python (Django), and RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Develop SaaS applications with responsive UI, implementing secure authentication and optimized state management with Redux, React Router, and Hooks. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker to ensure smooth deployments. - Apply unit testing and integration testing best practices (React Testing Library, JEST) to deliver high-quality code. - Optimize system performance with caching strategies (e.g., Redis) and database efficiency (MySQL, MongoDB). - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement. - Ensure applications meet WCAG accessibility and SEO standards for broader usability and visibility. - Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and reusable component libraries for efficient team development. You should possess: - 2+ years of experience in full-stack or frontend-heavy development roles. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript, and related ecosystem tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM). - Experience in backend technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Django, REST APIs. - Solid understanding of databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, and Oracle. - Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud-based CI/CD workflows. - Knowledge of design patterns, OOP principles, and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with authentication systems (e.g., Ping ID, OAuth, JWT). - Hands-on experience with Git, JIRA, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. - High level knowledge of using Figma, Storybook, and MUI/Bootstrap to deliver pixel-perfect and accessible user interfaces. - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
