About BM TechX

BM TechX is the tech and digital arm of ABM Groups. We build websites, web applications, dashboards, and growth systems (CRM, automation, and marketing funnels) for clients in education, food, real estate, travel, and other industries.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with around 2 years of experience, with strong React skills, who can work on end-to-end web projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications using React on the front-end.

• Build responsive user interfaces for landing pages, business websites, dashboards, and internal tools.

• Work with back-end APIs and databases to deliver complete features.

• Integrate REST APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver projects on time.

• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

• Debug issues and maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: 1.5–2.5 years as a Full Stack or Web Developer.

• Front-end (Mandatory): o Strong in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

o React.js – MUST HAVE (hooks, components, state management, routing).

• Back-end (any one or more):

o Node.js and Express (preferred)

o or PHP / Laravel (optional, based on candidate profile).

• Database:

o Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.

• Other Skills:

o Experience with Git / GitHub.

o Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and basic security best practices.

o Ability to convert Figma or wireframes into pixel-perfect React pages.

Good to Have

• Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.

• Basic knowledge of deployment (cPanel, VPS, or cloud platforms such as AWS or Render).

• Exposure to automation or CRM tools (such as n8n, Zapier, or Make).

• Experience building landing pages for marketing campaigns (tracking, forms, integrations).

Education

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

o OR a strong portfolio or GitHub profile with real-world projects.

Work Location and Timings
