Full Stack Developer (ReactJS & Next.js)

As a Lead Developer at AceNet Consulting, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and scaling modern web applications using React.js and Next.js. Your responsibilities will include: - Remaining actively hands-on with coding, debugging, performance tuning, and conducting code reviews. - Driving the implementation of Next.js features like SSR, SSG, ISR, dynamic routing, and API integrations. - Collaborating with backend engineers to integrate front-end with Node.js/NestJS microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs. - Leading the end-to-end design and development of React and Next.js applications, ensuring architecture to deployment. - Defining and enforcing best practices for front-end architecture, scalability, performance, and security. - Implementing responsive and accessible UI designs with a focus on reusability and maintainability. - Mentoring developers, reviewing pull requests, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and architecture guidelines. - Partnering with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design decisions and coding standards. Qualifications for this role include: - Expertise in React.js and Next.js with a deep understanding of SSR, SSG, routing, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil). - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. - Advanced knowledge of modern UI development practices, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG). - Hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS for backend integration and microservice development. - Leadership experience in leading small to mid-sized development teams while actively participating in development. - Strong collaboration skills with product, design, backend, and DevOps teams. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring abilities. It is good to have experience with GitHub Copilot or other GenAI-assisted development tools, AI-driven testing, and familiarity with Figma-to-code workflows, design systems, or component library development. Additionally, contributions to open-source projects, blogs, or internal engineering accelerators are valued.
