As a Senior Full Stack Developer & AWS Team Lead at the company, your role is crucial in leading the technology foundation. You will be responsible for various key tasks and should possess specific qualifications and experience. Here's what you can expect in this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of full stack applications. - Architect scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance). - Develop and optimize frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications. - Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis). - Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices for the team. - Mentor & guide a growing team of developers (37 members initially). - Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate vision into technology. - Ensure compliance with data privacy & security (HIPAA-ready, GDPR-friendly). - Drive innovation with AI/ML integrations and modular product evolution. **Required Skills:** - Full Stack Development for both web and mobile applications: React Native, React.js/Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI). - Node.js (Express.js/Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL. - Microservices architecture design. - Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis. Schema design & optimization. - AWS Cloud & DevOps: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk. CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Docker & Kubernetes (EKS). Security, IAM policies, VPC design, monitoring (CloudWatch). - Leadership & Collaboration: 3+ years in leading development teams. Agile/Scrum practices. Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability. **Experience Required:** - 6-10 years in full stack development. - Minimum 3 years hands-on AWS cloud architecture experience. - Proven leadership in managing dev teams.
