Description
As a Front End Developer at Aiqwip, you will be responsible for building responsive, performant, and accessible UIs using React + Vite and Next.js. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing modern component-based architectures using Tailwind CSS, antD, shadcn. - Collaborating directly with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Participating in client meetings and effectively communicating technical trade-offs, risks, and progress. - Communicating blockers and solutions clearly across teams and stakeholders. - Using GitHub for version control, branching, and collaboration. - Participating in code reviews and maintaining high coding standards. - Troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving system performance and reliability. - Contributing to improving deployment and scaling processes, primarily on Azure. - Setting up and maintaining a modular and scalable frontend codebase with clear documentation. - Participating in design discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and UI/UX improvements. - Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and AI engineers to bring dynamic user experiences to life. - Optimizing frontend performance with lazy loading, code-splitting, and advanced caching strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience with SSO integrations (Okta, Azure AD) - Integration of RESTful APIs, handling auth tokens (OAuth/JWT), and managing error states gracefully. - Strong experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Functional Components). - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Expertise in modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, and component libraries like antD, shadcn etc. - Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Comfortable integrating with APIs (REST) and handling authentication flows. - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency with GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews). - Experience with form design/management and validation. Good-to-have skills for this role include: - Experience with Vite plugins, SSR, or Code splitting techniques. - Knowledge of performance profiling using Lighthouse, React Profiler, or Chrome DevTools. - Exposure to Figma for interpreting design files. - Interest in integrating with LLM APIs, chatbot UIs, or AI-enhanced UX components.,
