Front Desk Administrator

Position – Hostel Front Desk Administrator Location – Ambegoan Salary – 15 + Stay, Food Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors at the hostel reception. Handle inquiries (in-person, phone, and email) related to hostel facilities, admissions, and rules. Maintain proper registers/logs for student in-out timings, visitors, and leave approvals. Provide guidance to students regarding hostel rules, ID activation, and room allocations.   Hostel Administration Support admission and allotment processes, including documentation and data entry. Maintain accurate student records, including room assignments, leave records, and ID details. Process short leave, long leave requests, and ensure proper authorization. Coordinate with security staff for student movements and visitor monitoring. Assist in fee collection and maintain financial records (if applicable). Coordination & Communication Act as a communication link between hostel residents, wardens, and management. Coordinate with housekeeping, mess, transport, and maintenance staff for smooth hostel operations. Handle communication with parents/guardians for student updates when required. Ensure emergency contact information of all students is updated and accessible. Reporting & Record Keeping Maintain front desk reports, admission records, attendance, and leave data. Prepare daily/weekly reports for hostel management. Escalate issues related to discipline, health, or infrastructure to the concerned authority.
