The Risk team at Stripe plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the platform, working to prevent prohibited parties from utilizing their services. What you'll do As a member of the Risk team, you will be responsible for conducting quality evaluations of Risk review cases, refining quality evaluation plans, and drafting detailed monthly QA reports. You will collaborate with senior Risk stakeholders to formulate remediation action items and drive improvements to the quality oversight program. Additionally, you will maintain organized documentation related to the structure of the Risk program's quality assurance. Who you are The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and/or controls testing within a Risk environment. You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. Experience in a fast-moving operational environment and familiarity with SQL are preferred qualifications that would be beneficial for this role. In-office expectations Stripes in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in a local office or with users. However, this expectation may vary depending on the role, team, and location. Some teams may have greater in-office attendance requirements to support users and workflows effectively. This approach aims to strike a balance between in-person collaboration and flexibility while supporting the needs of the team and the users.,
