As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Deployment Strategist at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in deploying AI-powered solutions on Salesforce, focusing on business impact and adoption. Your responsibilities will include leading a peer group of FDEs, overseeing deployments, fostering collaboration, setting goals, and addressing challenges. You will connect customer needs with product development to influence enhancements and accelerate the product roadmap, ensuring the Agentforce platform remains at the forefront of AI solutions. Your role will involve deeply understanding customers" complex problems and crafting innovative solutions using the Agentforce platform and beyond. Your impact will be seen in various areas: - Strategic Solution Architecture & Design: You will lead the design and solutioning of intelligent AI-powered agents within Salesforce environments, synthesizing complex business challenges into actionable technical requirements and deployment plans. - AI & Data Mastery for Impact: Owning the end-to-end data landscape, you will design robust data models, build processing pipelines, and establish integration strategies to build sophisticated AI solutions. - Full-Lifecycle Deployment & Optimization: You will oversee successful solution deployments, monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for long-term reliability and security. - Entrepreneurial Execution & Rapid Prototyping: Operating with a mindset of getting things done, you will focus on rapid prototyping, iterative development, and quick delivery of impactful solutions. - Trusted Technical & Strategic Partner: You will embed deeply with client teams, act as a technical advisor, and drive measurable value and adoption. - Product Evolution & Feedback Loop: Your observations in the field will directly influence future product enhancements and contribute to broader product improvements. Required Qualifications: - 14+ years of overall experience & 5+ years of hands-on solutioning experience - Understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies - Experience in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics - Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to confront open-ended problems - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Proven team leadership experience - Prior customer-facing experience in a technical role Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform - Proficiency in programming languages - Salesforce platform certifications - Knowledgeable across Salesforce CRM - Experience with AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs - Experience deploying solutions in customer environments Travel: Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites.,
