Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of FLEXCUBE modules to meet client requirements. Your role will involve overseeing the integration of FLEXCUBE Interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Expert guidance on FLEXCUBE Core functionalities will be provided by you to optimize banking operations. Additionally, you will manage the configuration and maintenance of FLEXCUBE CASA to support customer account services. Conducting a detailed analysis of client needs and developing tailored solutions using FLEXCUBE Retail Lending will be part of your responsibilities. You will also facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of FLEXCUBE systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to Teller operations for efficient transaction processing will also be under your purview. Your tasks will include implementing reconciliation processes for branch banking to maintain accurate financial records and developing comprehensive documentation and reports on system performance and project progress. Providing ongoing support and maintenance for FLEXCUBE applications to ensure optimal functionality is crucial. Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve FLEXCUBE solutions will be an integral part of your role. To qualify for this position, you must possess extensive experience with FLEXCUBE Retail Lending Interfaces Core and CASA. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues are essential. Proficiency in conducting client workshops and training sessions is required, along with strong project management skills focusing on delivering high-quality results. A proven track record of successful FLEXCUBE implementations and customizations is also expected.
