Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant with 8 - 12 years of experience specializing in FLEXCUBE modules including Retail Lending Interfaces Core and CASA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Teller Reconciliation (Branch Banking) and Payment Processing-Branch Bank. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and customization of FLEXCUBE modules to meet client requirements.
Oversee the integration of FLEXCUBE Interfaces ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Provide expert guidance on FLEXCUBE Core functionalities to optimize banking operations.
Manage the configuration and maintenance of FLEXCUBE CASA to support customer account services.
Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and develop tailored solutions using FLEXCUBE Retail Lending.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of FLEXCUBE systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Teller operations ensuring efficient transaction processing.
Implement reconciliation processes for branch banking to maintain accurate financial records.
Streamline payment processing workflows within branch banking to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop comprehensive documentation and reports on system performance and project progress.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for FLEXCUBE applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve FLEXCUBE solutions.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience with FLEXCUBE Retail Lending Interfaces Core and CASA.
Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Teller operations Reconciliation (Branch Banking) and Payment Processing-Branch Bank.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Show proficiency in conducting client workshops and training sessions.
Display strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Have a proven track record of successful FLEXCUBE implementations and customizations.

Certifications Required

nice to have - Certified FLEXCUBE Professional Certified Banking and Financial Services Professional
