Field Services Engineer

You should possess a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2-5 years of experience. The preferred industry background includes Power, Steel, Cement, or Hydraulic Servicing organizations located in North and West India. Your main responsibilities will involve installing and commissioning Drive systems at various plants such as Power Plants, Steel Plants, Cement plants, Ports, and Sugar plants. Additionally, you will be required to provide customer service support, troubleshoot Hydraulic Drive Systems, monitor competitors" activities, and generate After Market business by promoting repair services, spares sales, and equipment retrofitting/upgrading. Furthermore, you will need to conduct technical training sessions for customers on Installation and Maintenance topics, create service awareness among end-users, and develop a sense of ownership in them towards their hydraulic equipments. To excel in this role, you must have a good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering fundamentals, hydraulic components, working principles, and hydraulic circuits.
