Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Pune. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing preventive maintenance on various equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment, and maintaining accurate service records.

• Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
• Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Customer Service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently on-site
• Experience in the IoT or Fintech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
